We previously noted that Alwayslowprices.com had disappeared. I just looked, and the cybersquatter corporatedomainnames.com is back online, and it lists the domain .com as being "ON HOLD".
I'll bet nobody wants to touch it with a 9 ft. pole.

Who owns the content of your Blog? It is sitting on a server owned and operated by "sixapart.com", do you pay them a monthly fee? It is obvious you are not selling anything, and your readers can access your Blog without subscribing so "Always Low Prices, Always" must be a Blog about Wal-Mart.
Wal-Mart was just in the business news last week with a 4% increase in sales over June of last year. Is Wal-Mart suing the Wall Street Journal?-- July 14, 2005 01:50 PM ∞

Wal-Mart, does not, as of yet, have a service mark in "always low prices". An interesting question is, if WM does get the mark, and the WSJ had a weekly column about Wal-Mart called "Always Low Prices", would Wal-Mart be able to sue them for trademark violation?
