A man is suing Wal-Mart for injuries he says he sustained while trying on a pair a shoes.Harley Jordan of Fall River, near Halifax, claims the injury occurred while he was shopping in a Wal-Mart store in Lower Sackville, N.S., on May 2, 2001.
While trying on a pair of shoes, he says his foot was punctured by a product security tag hidden inside.
