Just why would somebody do this?
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MD -The Wal-Mart Super Center on Garland Groh Boulevard was evacuated Monday night, after a man told an employee he was going to blow the place up.He had no explosives and waited for the police outside.
Hagerstown City Police say 72-year-old James Grant of Hagerstown approached a female employee and made the threat twice.
